Important Notice

The account deletion process is permanent and cannot be undone. Upon completion, the following actions will take place: • Your account will be completely closed, and you will not be able to log into the mobile apps or web portal. • All your personal details and medical facility details will be deleted. • You will lose access to transaction logs, collection schedules, invoices, and certified destruction certificates. • If you need to keep any destruction certificates or invoices, please download them from the app before submitting the deletion request.
